The core highlight of this solution is the integrated design of “display + touch”, which breaks the traditional mode of separate display and touch, and seamlessly fits the LCD display module with the capacitive screen, effectively reducing the product thickness (as thin as 0.5mm) and improving the portability and aesthetics of terminal products. In terms of display effect, we adopt high-definition IPS LCD panel, with a viewing angle of up to 178°, color reproduction ≥95%, and support high refresh rate (up to 120Hz), which can meet the needs of high-definition video playback and smooth operation of intelligent terminals; at the same time, optimize the backlight technology, adopt LED backlight module, and the power consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional backlight, effectively extending the battery life of intelligent terminals.
In terms of touch performance, the high-precision capacitive screen supporting the solution supports multi-touch (up to 10 points), with a touch precision of ≤0.1mm and a response speed of ≤3ms, which has anti-misoperation, waterproof and scratch-resistant functions, and can be adapted to intelligent terminal products of different sizes, from 1.5-inch smart wearable devices to 15.6-inch tablets. In addition, we can integrate additional functions such as fingerprint recognition and face recognition according to customer needs, realizing integration of display, touch and biometric recognition, and improving the security and convenience of intelligent terminals.
Relying on the company’s ten advanced production lines and automatic production equipment, we can realize large-scale and refined production of display and touch modules, strictly control the product qualification rate (≥99.5%), and provide flexible customization services.
